We make it easy-most events only need a standard open area.

For the simulator itself, we require a minimum of:

✅ 18 ft wide
✅ 15 ft deep
✅ 10 ft high (ceiling or clearance)

This allows room for the enclosure, full swing space, and safe guest movement.

For larger events with tables, banners, and flow, we recommend:

✅ 25-30 ft wide
✅ 20-25 ft deep

Backyards, clubhouses, driveways, patios, event lawns, and indoor venues all work great. Not sure about your space? Send us a photo or address and we’ll confirm in minutes.

No problem at all-most of our best shots come from first-timers!

GolfOnTheGo is designed for all ages and all skill levels, not just golfers. We give each guest a quick 10-second intro, provide easy-to-hit clubs, and run games and contests that anyone can enjoy. Whether someone has never swung a club or plays every weekend, they can jump right in, have fun, and feel included.

No experience needed, No pressure,  Just pure fun.

We can tailor the experience to your group, theme, or audience.

You can mix contests, name your teams, add prizes, or theme the event around the different holidays. If you can imagine it, we can run it.

While our home base is in Marana and the Greater Tucson area, we happily travel to nearby cities and regions.

One person swings at a time, but the experience is designed for groups.

Our simulator runs like a bay style bay-players rotate through shots while everyone else watches, competes, or cheers.

Here’s how it breaks down:

✅ Active Player:
1 person hits at a time (for accuracy and safety)

✅ Group Rotation:
4-6 players can rotate as a playing group

✅ Throughput Per Hour:
12-18 players per hour (depending on contest or format)

✅ Total Guests Supported:

• 2-hour event (8-12 active players)

• 3-4 hour event (15-35 players)

• 5-6 hour event (35-50 players)

• Full-day event (up to 55+ guests rotating)

GolfOnTheGo is fully mobile and works in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

All we need is:

• Ceiling height: 10 ft or more

• Space: About 18 ft wide x 15 ft deep (minimum)

• Power: One standard outlet (or we can bring a generator)

We plan ahead with you to keep your event running smoothly, even when the weather doesn’t cooperate. 

✅ Outdoor Events

If rain, wind, or unsafe conditions are in the forecast, we offer three options:

1. Covered/Indoor Relocation
If you have a garage, clubhouse, tented area, or indoor space available, we can set up there instead-our system works great indoors as long as the minimum space requirements are met.

2. Weather Delay Window
We allow a 1-hour weather hold on-site if conditions are expected to pass. If things clear up and it’s safe, we complete the event as planned.

3. Reschedule Option
If bad weather makes setup impossible and no alternate space is available, we’ll work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost. Your deposit is never lost due to dangerous weather.

✅ Safety First

We do not operate during:

• Heavy rain

• High wind

• Lightning

• Hazardous ground conditions

Your guests’ safety and the integrity of the equipment come first.
